Le Centre de culture et d’histoire de la Commanderie des Templiers de Coulommiers organise un stage de formation à la taille de pierre du lundi 21 avril 2008 au vendredi 25 avril 2008. Le programme de 40 heures allie théorie en salle et pratique en atelier encadré par un tailleur de pierre professionnel. Chaque stagiaire réalisera un bloc calcaire d’exercice, de l’équarrissage au layage, et sera initié à la taille de moulures. La partie théorique traitera de la géologie, de l’utilisation des roches à bâtir, de l’histoire du métier, des moulures et volumes, du vocabulaire de l’architecture en pierre de taille Ce stage peut s’inscrire dans le cadre de l’aide à l’orientation professionnelle.
