La consommation énergétique du secteur tertiaire représente, quant à elle, 4,75 millions de Tep, soit 19% du bilan énergétique régional. Les objectifs pour les bâtiments sont de réduire de 17% les consommations énergétiques du secteur d’ici 2020, et de 50% à l’horizon 2050.
Afin de promouvoir l’efficacité énergétique et climatique des bâtiments franciliens et d’accompagner la généralisation de réhabilitation de bâtiments répondant aux objectifs du Grenelle de l’environnement et du Plan Climat Régional, l’ADEME et la Région se sont associés fin 2009 pour lancer un appel à projets nommé « Réhabilitation Durable ». Celui-ci s’adresse exclusivement à la réhabilitation des logements collectifs et des bâtiments tertiaires publics et privés. Les objectifs environnementaux fixés pour concourir sont principalement la maîtrise des consommations d’énergie, l’intégration d’énergies renouvelables et la diminution des émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Les autres aspects environnementaux (consommation d’eau, qualité de l’air, utilisation de matériaux naturels ou recyclés…), la prévention et la gestion des déchets de chantier (cf fiche de présentation en annexe) et la reproductibilité du projet de réhabilitation sont aussi considérés.
Pour l’appel à projet de 2013, le dépôt des précandidatures est ouvert jusqu’au 28 février, celui des candidatures jusqu’au 12 avril. Les subventions seront votées en novembre 2013.
