Les désordres repérés peuvent relever ou non de l’assurance Dommages-Ouvrage, être exceptionnels ou courants, illustrer le résidentiel, le tertiaire, le logement collectif, les bâtiments recevant du public. Les critères de jugement seront la compréhension du désordre représenté, la qualité technique de la photo et ses qualités artistiques. Les concurrents peuvent envoyer plusieurs photos haute résolution, toutes prises sur le territoire français. Deux prix seront attribués par le jury, l’un d’une valeur de 1000 euros et le second d’une valeur de 500 euros.
