Hervé Pétard est, depuis le 2 mai dernier, le nouveau délégué général du GIE Briques de France. Au sein de la FFTB, il regroupe les cinq acteurs principaux de l’industrie de la terre cuite : Bouyer-Leroux, Imerys, Terreal, Saverdun Terre cuite et Wienerberger. Agé de 51 ans, Hervé Pétard a exercé les fonctions de chargé de mission à la direction de la construction du ministère de l’Equipement et du Logement, d’ingénieur puis d’ingénieur principal au Centre scientifique et technique du bâtiment, avant de rejoindre le marché du matériau terre cuite en 1996. Délégué général du GIE Ouest terre cuite, puis directeur marketing et commercial du fabricant Bouyer-Leroux, c’est tout naturellement qu’il s’est vu confiée la responsabilité du développement “briques“. Sa mission consistera à promouvoir les systèmes constructifs terre cuite dans un environnement technico-réglementaire en constante évolution.
