Aurélie FILIPPETTI, ministre de la Culture, et Martin MALVY, Président de l’Association Nationale des Villes et Pays d’art et d’histoire et des Villes à secteurs sauvegardés et protégés, ont signé une convention de partenariat, pour trois ans, entre le Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication et l’ANVPAH & VSSP.
Cette convention fixe plusieurs objectifs de travail que le Ministère et l’association nationale poursuivront conjointement :
- améliorer les dispositifs de sauvegarde, de protection et de mise en valeur du patrimoine et en développer la connaissance et la diffusion, à travers un groupe de travail prospectif sur l’évolution des espaces protégés, l’accompagnement de la transformation des ZPPAUP en secteur sauvegardé ou en AVAP, et un travail commun sur les évolutions législatives et réglementaires.
- soutenir et développer la mise en réseau entre les villes et pays d’art et d’histoire, à travers l’évaluation et le renouvellement des conventions ; réfléchir à l’adaptation territoriale du label à l’échelle de l’intercommunalité ; travailler à la mise en réseau des VPAH et la diffusion des expériences.
- contribuer à l’évolution et à la valorisation des métiers de la connaissance, de la création, de la sauvegarde, de la restauration et de la médiation de l’architecture et du patrimoine ainsi que des savoir-faire.
- développer l’action internationale dans les domaines de l’architecture et du patrimoine et des savoir-faire.
L’ANVPAH & VSSP sera désormais invitée à participer au Conseil national des Villes et Pays d’art et d’histoire et à la Commission nationale des secteurs sauvegardés. Ce rendez-vous a également été l’occasion d’échanger également sur le projet de loi patrimoine, les secteurs protégés et le logement en centre ancien, le label Villes et pays d’art et d’histoire et l’exposition sur les grilles du Sénat réalisée par l’ANVPAH & VSSP.
